Whether you explore nearby Brainard Lake, Indian Peaks Wilderness or RMNP trails or just lounge in the hammock, fish and play in the river, there is plenty of privacy to just be yourself. |

Two extra high quality queen beds in the two bedrooms and a portable fold-out mattress provide sleeping arrangements for two couples, a family of six or three-four singles. There is a very comfortable leather couch and large chair in the main room in which to snuggle in front of the fireplace wood stove insert and we provide the wood!
A clean ¾ bath (shower only), washer/dryer, modern and completely outfitted kitchen, TV with satellite dish service and a bookshelf of games and books provide the creature comforts for the discriminating and variety for all ages.
